About the session
AI seems like one of those things that might be best left to the big guys– the sheer complexity of projects, the uncertain future, and the additional work on an already stretched team–but these panelists will show specific ways they are using and creating AI tools to benefit their audiences. Even small organizations have opportunities to engage with AI and these leaders show how their teams chose which projects to pursue, found partners, and adopted an agile approach to beta and launch. Adopting a customer-centric focus to identify gaps in the offerings, finding a niche problem that needs solving, and integrating these tools with other offerings are some of the ways leaders can ensure AI adoption doesn't derail their teams, but instead can motivate them to adopt a curious, problem-solving approach to answering the question, "how can AI serve small societies and publishers?"
